DockFoldy ("the App") is developed and maintained by VNed App. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

DockFoldy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App operates entirely on your local machine. No user accounts, tracking identifiers, or analytics data are collected.

2. Local Data Storage

The App stores your folder configurations, icon preferences, and layout settings exclusively on your Mac using standard macOS storage APIs. This data never leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Services

DockFoldy does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. The App does not make outgoing network requests during normal operation.

4. Updates & License Verification

DockFoldy is sold exclusively via our official website and is not available on the Apple App Store. If you purchased a Pro license, the App may perform an anonymous license validation check. This process does not involve Apple Inc. and no Apple ID data is accessed.

5. Children's Privacy

DockFoldy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on our website with an updated revision date.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

DockFoldy is offered under two tiers: a free version with limited features and a paid Pro version. Each license is granted for personal, non-commercial use on macOS devices associated with your Apple ID.

3. Restrictions

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any component thereof; use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Purchases & Refunds

Pro licenses are sold exclusively through our website. We do not distribute DockFoldy through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed securely via our partners. Refund requests are handled directly by VNed App support within 14 days of purchase. Apple Inc. is not responsible for any transactions or support related to the App.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VNed App does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNed App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
